ABC delegation visits Minnesota State Capitol - March 14, 2014

Once again ABC had a successful day at the Capitol for “Disabilities Day.” March 18th, 2014. We were able to watch a committee in session while people talked about the condition of staffing for disabled people and the importance of the funding to keep quality of life.

Several of ABC’s participants were able to speak with to Representative Dave Senjem one-on-one. He was very attentive to the issues that they presented, and many issues were raised in the course of the discussions. Major themes included quality, continuity of services, retention of quality staff and a healthy process for all people involved.

Thanks to those who attended!
