Ability Options

Ability Options (AO) – is a licensed program designed to meet the needs of individuals who no longer have the desire or ability to work full time. Often participants in this program are older and/or have more medical needs. AO is a recreation and leisure program that promotes growth and activity, and many individuals served at ABC spend time in AO to complement the time they spend in one of our work programs.

Staff and participants collaborate on a weekly calendar of activities that include activities such as craft making, baking, music, and exercise as well as community-based events like visiting museums, the theater, galleries, and the library.
